Instructions following meeting with participants of We Are Together national mutual assistance campaign 2021-05-15 12:30:00 The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting with the participants of the We Are Together national mutual assistance campaign that was held on March 4, 2021. The instructions for the Government of the Russian Federation concern increasing the liability of the organisations and individual entrepreneurs that provide psychological services to individuals, and correspondingly amending, if necessary, related legislation. The instructions for the Government also concern the provision of additional social support measures to individuals taking care of disabled children or persons disabled since childhood. In conjunction with the All-Russian Popular Front and regional executive authorities, the Government was directed to analyse the practice of naming streets and urban planning elements, in municipalities, after heroes of the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War, and also to adjust this practice as needed. Instructions for the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Healthcare, along with the involved public organisations, concern the organisation and implementation of hippotherapy, as well as corresponding methodological guidelines. The Russian organising committee Victory was directed to provide methodological support for the preparation and holding of the Rays of Victory event in 2021 in hero cities and cities of military glory. The top officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are home to hero cities and cities of military glory, in conjunction with the heads of the corresponding municipalities, were instructed to consider the possibility of holding the Rays of Victory event in these cities annually, on June 24.
