The Federal Law denounces the Framework Agreement on a Multilateral Nuclear Environmental Programme in the Russian Federation and the Protocol on Claims, Litigation and Exemption from Financial Liability to the Framework Agreement on a Multilateral Nuclear Environmental Programme in the Russian Federation, which were signed in Stockholm on May 21, 2003.
Cooperation under the Agreement was essentially suspended. Therefore, as of this date, the Agreement has lost its relevance.
