Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Legal Status of Representative Offices of Competent Authorities for Internal Affairs and Migration in the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic.
The agreement was signed in Bishkek on November 26, 2025.
The agreement aims to develop international cooperation in combating transnational crime, the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their precursors, and migration.
