The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia on Cooperation in Providing Health Insurance to Citizens of the Russian Federation Permanently Residing in the Republic of Abkhazia within the Framework of the Russian Federation’s System of Mandatory Health Insurance, and in Providing These Citizens with Medical Assistance at the Medical Organisations of the Russian Federation.
