Wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier 2024-02-23 12:10:00 On Defender of the Fatherland Day, Vladimir Putin laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier by the Kremlin Wall. The President honoured the memory of the fallen soldiers with a minute of silence. The ceremony was also attended by Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, army veterans, officers and cadets from military schools. The ceremony concluded with a ceremonial march by the guard of honour and a military band.
