The Executive Order sets forth the following military-administrative division of the Russian Federation: Leningrad Military District Moscow Military District Southern Military District Central Military District Eastern Military District The Executive Order specifies the regions included in each district. The four new regions (the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions) are now part of the Southern Military District.
