Working trip to Arkhangelsk Region
At the port of Arkhangelsk, Vladimir Putin met with participants in the expedition to mitigate environmental damage in the Franz Josef Land archipelago.
Later, in Severodvinsk, the President participated in the laying-down ceremony for Knyaz Vladimir nuclear-powered submarine. Also, Mr Putin held a meeting on supplying weapons to the Navy as part of the state armament programme.
