Alexei Smirnov has been appointed Acting Governor of the Kursk Region in accordance with Article 27.1.1 of Federal Law No. 414-FZ On the General Principles of Public Administration in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation, dated December 21, 2021. The Executive Order comes into effect on the day of its signing.
