 &lt;p&gt;Education and Science Minister Dmitry Livanov presented a report at the meeting on implementation of the presidential instruction on drafting the legal documents and regulations related to introducing official state tests for Russian-language skills of foreigners and recognising foreign education diplomas and certificates when deciding on applications for Russian Federation citizenship.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The commission examined 20 applications for change of citizenship: 12 people applied for Russian citizenship, 3 people wanted their Russian citizenship restored, and 5 people applied to have their Russian citizenship annulled.&lt;/p&gt;
