At an informal meeting over a cup of tea, the President congratulated Russia’s racing drivers, who took first, second and fourth place in the rally. The drivers shared their impressions of the long-distance rally, which took place in South America for the first time in the event’s 30-year history.
The KAMAZ Group is one of Russia’s biggest automotive corporations. It is the world’s eleventh biggest producer of heavy trucks, and eighth biggest producer of diesel engines.
