The presidents called on Baku and Yerevan to overcome their remaining differences and to finish work on a joint agreement to settle the problem of Nagorny Karabakh.
According to the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group – the Presidents of Russia, the United States, and France – an agreement between Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders must be reached on the basis of the 2007 Madrid Agreement.
