Members of the Union within the Armed Forces and volunteer groups are defending the Fatherland during the special military operation, liberating our historic lands. The citizens of Russia are proud of your valour and bravery, loyalty to the Motherland and your duty.
The comprehensive assistance that you provide to wounded comrades and the families of fallen heroes deserves the deepest respect, as does your sincere concern for raising the younger generation in accord with the principles of patriotism and traditional spiritual and moral values.”
