This concentration of efforts on social problems, and on protecting the rights and legal interests of individuals in this field is one of the key responsibilities of the Council. Certainly, today, it is vitally important to ensure that the rights of the personnel serving in the special military operation and their families are securely protected.
I commend you for your ability to arrive at consolidated decisions on the most complicated problems. The Council’s opinions, views and recommendations are taken into account by government bodies at different levels.”
