Today, your absolute priorities include a large-scale infrastructure upgrade, the construction of one high-speed and several other motorways, the renovation of public transport and sea and air hubs, the creation of major logistics centres, and the organisation of the trans-Arctic and other international transport corridors of global importance. It is also vitally important to commit to a broad-scale, nationwide introduction of state-of-the-art technologies that meet advanced security and environmental standards, as well as to training skilled personnel.”
