The message reads, in part:
“You have established a tradition of holding this forum at the Mayak (Lighthouse) Creativity Centre, and it is gratifying that it has the place it deserves among national youth initiatives and has emerged as a magnet for proactive and dedicated young men and women from Donbass and Novorossiya who are the true patriots of our country, vast and united as it stands. The event offers extensive opportunities for unlocking talent and creativity with a mission to help young people choose their careers and life paths, find new friends and connect with like-minded people. Of course, you will learn teamwork at this forum and receive the support you need for undertaking your projects to develop and improve your hometowns and villages.
I am convinced that this year’s forum will take place in an atmosphere of friendship, mutual understanding and creativity, and that the bold ideas of its participants will materialise through a nationwide effort to support these undertakings.”
