The President of Russia has signed Executive Order On the First Meeting of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the Ninth Convocation. In accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article 99 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the head of state has ordered that the first meeting of the State Duma of the ninth convocation will open at 10 am on September 30, 2026.
