The message reads, in part:
“Over the years, this major, high-profile competition has earned well-deserved recognition from expert communities and has become a key fixture in the calendar of the International Financial Security Movement, as well as an important part of the multifaceted effort to give young people broad access to modern, high-quality knowledge and skills.
The final of this year’s sixth Olympiad has brought together 700 schoolchildren and university students from 40 countries in Krasnoyarsk, at Siberian Federal University. Your commitment to improving financial and legal literacy and to helping prevent offences in the digital sphere deserves respect and support. In this connection, I would note that advanced technologies and artificial intelligence systems open up great opportunities for creation, innovation, and self-development. At the same time, it is crucial to respond effectively to new threats and risks, and to protect the interests and security of citizens reliably.
I am confident that taking part in the competitions, roundtables, and workshops – and, of course, in the events marking the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, which is currently being observed in our country – will be a vivid and memorable experience for you.”
