Dmitry Medvedev took part in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State 2008-10-10 11:00:17 Bishkek The summit examined the CIS development strategy through to 2020. The heads of state adopted decisions to make energy sector cooperation a priority for their work together, and declared 2009 the Year of Young People in the CIS. Also discussed was the creation of a working group bringing together the CIS finance ministers to analyse the situation in the world economy.
