Dmitry Medvedev, together with President of the Cuban council of State and Council of Ministers Raul Castro, visited the Memorial to the Soviet Internationalist Soldiers in the suburbs of Havana 2008-11-28 17:50:13 Cuba Mr Medvedev laid a wreath at the memorial, which honours the memory of 68 soldiers who were killed in Cuba in 1962–1966, either while taking part in disaster relief work or as a result of accidents.
