Amendments have been made in order to expand the scope of guarantee support for the Russian economy, aimed at maintaining jobs and paying wages.
In particular, the authority of the Russian Government to grant state guarantees in conditions different from those established by the Federal Law On the Federal Budget will be extended through 2022.
In addition, the Federal Law stipulates that in cases when additional oil and gas revenue is used to fund priority activities, certain requirements of the Budget Code concerning budget allocations intended as subsidies to legal entities, budget investment or inter-budgetary transfers shall not apply.
