The Convention was signed in Ashgabat on October 11, 2019.
The Convention regulates relations between the Contracting Parties on execution of non-custodial sentences and (or) application of criminal law measures appointed by the Sentencing State with regard to a citizen of the Sentence Execution State.
Provisions of the Convention shall be applied to judgments (verdicts) that led to the pronouncement of a non-custodial sentence and (or) the application of criminal law measures that have entered into force.
