The Federal Law adjusts the provisions of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offenses, which impose administrative liability for participation in the activities of a foreign or international organisation, in respect of which a decision has been made to declare its activities undesirable in the Russian Federation, and set the period of limitation for the institution of administrative proceedings for the said administrative offenses.
