In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, the President ordered to allow PJSC Federal Grid Company Rosseti and persons under its control to execute transactions (operations) resulting directly and (or) indirectly in the establishment, change, termination or encumbrance of rights to own, use and (or) dispose of shares (equity interest) of persons controlled by the said joint stock company, including conversion (exchange) of shares (equity interest) of such persons carried out in the course of their reorganisation.
