In particular, the Federal Law introduces changes to Russian legislation regarding compensation for damage to public roads caused by heavy vehicles.
According to the Federal Law, foreign carriers’ vehicles will be permitted to leave the territory of the Russian Federation only after paying fees established by Russian law for compensation for road damage caused by heavy vehicles, as well as any applicable tolls for travel on toll roads or toll road sections.
