The Federal Constitutional Law prohibits the execution in Russia of decisions of foreign courts exercising criminal jurisdiction if such authority was conferred by other countries without the participation of the Russian Federation, and decisions of international judicial bodies if their jurisdiction is not based on an international treaty signed by the Russian Federation or on a resolution of the UN Security Council adopted within the framework of Chapter VII of the UN Charter.
