It is important that in the face of unprecedented external pressure, you tirelessly improve the forms and methods of your activity, introduce digital technology and electronic services, and strive to make the customs service a dynamically developing and modern agency.
I am convinced that you will continue to act firmly and resolutely, to clearly fulfil your professional duty, to preserve the best traditions of the Service’s veterans, and to honestly serve the Fatherland.”
