Key parameters of the 2022 federal budget are based on an estimated GDP of 133,328 billion rubles and a maximum inflation rate of 4 percent. Total federal budget revenue has been estimated at 25,021.9 billion rubles, with expenditures at 23,694.2 billion rubles. The budget surplus has been estimated at 1,327.7 billion rubles.
