The message reads, in part:
“Creating decent conditions for the self-fulfilment of all Russian citizens is one of the main national priorities, a significant factor in the country's successful development. And it is very important that large and reputable non-governmental organisations, such as the All-Russian Society of People with Disabilities, take an active part in this major and responsible work. In cooperation with government authorities, local self-government bodies, and businesses, you do a lot to solve urgent problems regarding the rehabilitation and social adaptation of people with disabilities, helping them to find faith in themselves, in their strength, to get quality education and jobs, encouraging the development of their creative abilities, and facilitating their involvement in physical culture, sports, and tourism. And, of course, I would like to note the Society's contribution to the improvement of relevant legislation.”
