The Federal Law sets forth the responsibilities of the International Friendship Association (IFA), which organises the competitions, as well as those of the Organising Committee.
Furthermore, the Federal Law outlines regulations for activities conducted during the preparations and holding of the international competitions, specifically governing the placement and distribution of advertisements, as well as trade operations, the use of radio frequencies and ticket sales for events.
