To develop Russia’s Arctic transport system infrastructure and ensure that vital service systems in the region operate more effectively, the President resolved to accept the proposal of the Russian Federation Government and the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to transfer the federally owned shares in Zhatai Shipyard joint-stock company (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) to the ownership of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), provided that the Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the regional executive authorities, takes measures to ensure the completion in 2024 of the first stage of an investment project to build a high-tech Zhatai Shipyard facility.
Corresponding instructions were given to the Russian Federation Government.
