The Federal Law introduces special liability resulting from the invalidity of deals executed in violation of the Federal Law On Foreign Investment in Economic Entities of Strategic Importance for the Country’s Defence and National Security, as well as liability for other actions in violation of this Federal Law that enabled a foreign investor or a group of foreign persons to make managerial decisions concerning economic entities of strategic importance.
