Under the Federal Law, foreign lending institutions and foreign legal entities carrying out activities similar to those of a broker are allowed to take part in organised trading in foreign currencies and in organised trading where contracts, which are derivative instruments, are signed, their underlying assets being a foreign currency and/or interests rates.
Also, the Federal Law provides for modifying the procedure for disclosing insider information lists.
