Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Executive Order No.520 of the President of the Russian Federation On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Spheres in Connection with Unfriendly Actions of Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, [the President has signed an order] authorising execution of transactions (operations) resulting directly and/or indirectly in the establishment, change, termination or encumbrance of rights of possession, use and/or disposal of shares constituting the authorised capital of USM Holdings Limited Company.
No other permits, decisions, consents (preliminary consents), approvals (preliminary approvals) and other authorisation documents (authorisation documentation) stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation are required for the transactions (operations) specified in this order.
