The Executive Order extends, until December 31, the special procedure that expires on October 1 to allow foreign buyers of Russian natural gas to pay for gas supplies in rubles not only through Gazprombank which is authorised for such transactions, but through other Russian banks as well. The Executive Order shall take effect on September 22.
