Following Tver Region Governor Igor Rudenya’s request for the early termination of his powers, and in accordance with Federal Law On the General Principles of Organising Public Authority in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation, the President has accepted Igor Rudenya’s resignation from the post of Governor of the Tver Region in connection with his transfer to another position.
