The amendment concerns the application of the temporary procedure for making decisions in certain economic entities that are registered in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region.
The amendment also concerns Russian economic entities that are defined under Federal Law No. 35-FZ of March 26, 2003, On Electric Power Industry as backbone territorial grid organisations, on the condition that a Russian economic entity owns over 50 percent of stock (shares) in their statutory capital.
