The President's executive orders appoint:
Nikolai Vinnichenko Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District;
Oleg Govorun Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District;
Yevgeny Kuyvashev Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Urals Federal District.
In addition, Dmitry signed executive orders on relieving Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District Ilya Klebanov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District Georgy Poltavchenko from their duties in connection with their appointments to different posts.
