The President said that the next few years will in many ways be decisive for military construction, and that the guidelines should be technical re-equipment of the Armed Forces, increasing the capabilities of formations on constant alert, and also strengthening the officer and sergeant body.
The President believes that the war on international terrorism remains a priority for activity of all enforcement departments.
