“The most important thing here is that everyone follow the same set of rules and there should not be selective application of these rules to individual mineral resource users,” President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Natural Resources Minister Yury Trutnyev.
Mr Trutnyev said that the country could achieve a 20 percent increase of its reserves and a corresponding increase in production by starting operations at deposits for which licenses have already been issued but where work is currently frozen.
