Today we face the tasks of consolidating peace and security, and of opposing new threats and challenges, such as terrorism. Our business, scientific and cultural partnership is very promising. And Russia is prepared for close cooperation with Ibero-American nations across the entire spectrum of the political, economic and humanitarian agenda – both on a multilateral and on a bilateral basis.”
