The message reads, in particular:
“The atmosphere of friendship, trust and mutual respect that exists between Russia and Kyrgyzstan has always been and continues to be a guarantee for the successful development of our cooperation as allies in key areas of bilateral relations.
I am certain that a policy of consistently developing the strategic partnership between our two countries and giving substance to our varied and mutually beneficial cooperation is in the interests of our countries, our peoples, and the objectives of strengthening stability and security in the Central Asian region.”
