Before the beginning of the session of the Commission for Military-Technical Cooperation with Foreign States President Vladimir Putin and Commission members held a minute of silence in honour of the memory of the victims of recent accidents in Russia – a plane crash in the Samara airport, a gas explosion in the Ulianovskaia mine in the Kemerovo region, and a fire in a seniors’ home in the Krasnodar region.
