President Vladimir Putin, Presidential Envoy to the Southern Federal District Viktor Kazantsev, head of the Chechen Administration Akhmat Kadyrov and Chechen Prime Minister Stanislav Ilyasov discussed social, economic and political conditions in the republic.
Later, in his one to one meeting with the President, Mr Kazatsev reported on the situation in the Southern Federal District.
