Twenty-two state prizes of the Russian Federation in arts and literature (85 winners), one State Prize of the Russian Federation in Arts and Literature for children and adolescents (five winners), 10 Arts and Literature Prizes of the President of the Russian Federation (10 winners) and one Bulat Okudzhava Prize (one winner) were awarded by presidential decree.
