The message reads, in part:
“This year this wonderful festival of youth, friendship and crafts is hosted by the city of Togliatti. Bringing together talented young people from many regions of the country, for the next few days it will turn the city into the students’ capital of Russia where everyone can experience the joy of communication, enjoy bright impressions and meet new interesting people.
I am certain that the festival will be a success and will help young people in their professional evolution by giving them a wonderful opportunity to make themselves known and make their first steps into the world of great art.”
The XXII Russian Student Spring National Festival is held in Togliatti (Samara Region) on May 15–19. This is a student art competition covering dancing, music, drama and other arts.
