The message reads, in part:
“Russia strongly condemns the brutal and cynical actions of these extremists and confirms its readiness to actively participate in the international community’s collective efforts to counter the global threat of terrorism.
Mr President, please convey our sincere sympathy and compassion to the families and friends of the victims and our wishes for a speedy recovery to those who were wounded in these terrorist acts.”
