Against this backdrop, not only do we need to promptly respond to the emerging risks, but also to anticipate them by introducing forward-looking approaches to facilitate a broad adoption of advanced electronic solutions in state governance, healthcare and education. Of course, we need to pay special attention and remain focused on countering extremist ideologies, attempts to sow division within our society or incite interethnic and interfaith strife.”
