“You rightfully take pride in the division’s history, with numerous generations of its veterans who consistently fulfilled their military duties with honour, demonstrating utmost professionalism and courage even in the most challenging circumstances. This was particularly evident during the harrowing year of 1941, when, from the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the division’s personnel bravely stood in the path of the enemy, risking their lives.
It is heartening to see that today, the traditions of dedicated service to the Motherland continue. Soldiers and officers of the division are actively engaged in combatting terrorism and safeguarding public order, peace, and the tranquillity of our people. Many of you, standing shoulder to shoulder with your comrades, demonstrate heroic resolve in defending the Fatherland during the special military operation.
I am confident that you will continue to uphold your oath and remain steadfast in service to our people. You will successfully complete your assigned tasks and protect Russia’s sovereignty and national interests. I extend special gratitude and respect to the veterans of this esteemed division.”
