“I believe that the Russian Seasons International Project, which was launched in 2017, is a great, impressive, and truly festive event for the Russian participants and for fans of our multiethnic culture in different countries. I am confident that the wonderful meetings in Brazil will remain forever in its history, as will the warm hospitality of its inhabitants, who familiarised themselves over several months with the creative activities of outstanding musical, choreographic and theatrical companies, talented performers, artists, and masters of applied art from Russia.
It is gratifying that this year’s Russian Seasons have been held at a high level and have greatly enriched the palette of Russian-Brazilian humanitarian cooperation. They have also made a constructive contribution to strengthening trust and mutual understanding between our countries and peoples, laying a firm foundation for new humanitarian initiatives.”

The Russian Seasons is an international cultural project sponsored by the Government and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The project takes place in a foreign country in a festival format over the course of a year and features performances by the best Russian artistic teams, exhibitions, and other events.
