During plenary and breakout sessions, as well as in open discussions, you will explore examples of successful solutions to complex, socially significant challenges and approaches to designing changes that improve people’s lives.
I would like to note that our country has already accumulated substantial experience in implementing socio-architectural projects. These initiatives help unlock the potential of regions, cities, and towns; respond promptly to public needs; and introduce effective feedback mechanisms. They create a solid foundation for advancing civic initiatives and fostering productive cooperation between the state and society. We are ready to share our developments with foreign partners.
I hope this conference will be held in a constructive atmosphere and will become a regular event in the future, contributing to fostering a broad international dialogue in the field of social architecture.”
